Brad has just posted this advice on SS.......after he says he spoke to Mr Soon.
"The contract is binding and they can take legal action for any damages that may arise from Techno imports not honouring their side of the deal.
It was a priority to have the contracts signed by an Australian company so they could enforce the terms."
Funny that.
The General Manager Anthony Ablass stated the exact opposite.
He stated the contact had NO punitive measures attached to it at all!
Now who do shareholders believe.
Mr Soon or Mr Ablass.
I would rather believe Mr Ablass.
He put it in writing.
