Well thats a long way from an email from Soon saying there were damage clauses in the "binding" contract.
Iowuld say this dodgy Russian deal has lots more questions then answers.
Why didn't SKG use "factoring"?
Why didn't SKG get a letter of credit?
Lots of fuzziness around this so called deal.
Looks like the market is still not liking it either.
