Now here's a case that's REALLY worth capital puishment.

So while the Indos are gleefully and hypocritically killing anyone they catch importing non-corporate drugs, scum like the one in this thread might not get what he deserves.  Do the Phillipines have capital punishment cos this case isn't even ambiguous AFAICT.
