Clarification as requested ....

I was replying to post from costics and suggesting he might be a little hasty in imagining a chicken little (sky will fall down) scenario by under estimating CSM management.

We now know CSM was on top of the situation and are now smiling.

now if it falls short of 90% it will have to go at market or sit on a not full stake - which could complicate matters
