    They could have got some more today and of course they have 10 days to go.

    Only 4% to pick up to get to 90%. A few conv notes still outstanding and I think they would be interested in those. These have been converted to ords prior to passing to CSM or sale.

    They have 3.19 mill conv notes or 56.4%. Getting more of these will push their holding close to 90%.

    Sofar, very good. Wait till after Friday close.

    They have 100% of the pref shares.
