    Somebody with a lot of stock, maybe a director, has put up a couple of blockers to stop the stock running away on price.
    Obviously something is going on which I presume must be very positive as they want to get set at the lowest possible price.
    Forcing the unwary to get out and making sure "they" are looked after.
