Garl...I understand your frustrations....and on the surface, mainly because of their lack of communication they look incompetent...but i think things are travelling okay.
The mine is expected to hit full production this month of around 7k of concentrate and I think the operating cost are fairly low. It looks like it will make fairly good profits.
The accounts is a bit of a problem....mainly becaus they lost the guy who was doing them at the end of March.... so the new people had to re learn everything again...and I guess the chinese are in no hurry.
I'm hopefull of an opening around 24 cents based on metal produced and market value....when comparing to MCR and PAN.
