No doubt POLO have the financial access and or resources to take control of BLK if they wanted to. I think they will take an independant stance, not necessary control but enough to assist BLK to the producer stage and probably divest.. If the zinc JV shows fruit I can not see where they would get off, Selling their share to a GOLD major I could picture, but zinc/ gold/coal????? Its not a given that Polo will support anyone, and I can not see them changing their style of doing business which is helping create the best Share Price then selling.
All up this "event" is all positive for us minority sharehoders.
