Asset sales will be the real re-rater but it's very nice to know the banks are still willing to re-finance just in case the asset sales take a bit longer than we expect. Once DBCT sells for $2.5Bn+, it will be a very different stock. Just you guys wait and see. Has anything I've said since the lows of November not been spot on? Remember the APR thread? It's still valid. Sell assets, pay down debt (now including SPARCS, NZ bonds) and then resume distributions. The reason I loaded up at 3c was because I had a plan and I had confidence in that plan. It's still early days but once the APR plan is finalised, those who bought truckloads down at 3c will have made a fortune.
