Hmm, so why have they gone into Trading Halt simultaneously and said it was regarding an O&G acquisition? Maybe coincidence? Be a big one
If it is, still doesn't explain why DV left. Possibly has completed his work there on this deal or possibly too close for the other possible buyer. Which raises the question, if that was the case, why did he only leave now if all of a sudden it was deemed "inappropriate"? I think I mentioned months ago it seems a major conflict of interest. I'd think ASIC would have something to say about that scenario.
So that leads me to lean the CTP way...
