Impress Ventures is pleased to advise that it has an interest in the Heron/Inco

The leases are located 15kms north west of Ora Banda and form part of the area that
is the subject of the Heron/Inco feasibility study announced by Heron Resources on
    29 March, 2005.

Previous exploration on the leases, including drilling, has identified nickel
mineralisation with reported results over 1% nickel of
    14 metres at 1.28% nickel (SRB87)
    10metres at 1.36% nickel (SBDC8)

    16 metres at 1.18% nickel (SBDC75)

The ultimate participation of Impress Ventures in any mining operation will be
established by the results of the feasibility study and any subsequent decision to mine.
Please refer to announcement made by Heron Resources Limited (ASX Code: HRR)
to the ASX on 29 March 2005 in respect to the above.
