3.9 cents is very cheap, almost too good to be true.

Unfortunately I made my investments in JPR earlier this week, most people who know about JPR and are interested in JPR have also probably made their investments, at 4.5, 5.0, 5.5 etc. There just aren't many interested people left who aren?t already in. Some people may have been stopped out this afternoon, and they may be back in at 3.9 or 4.0.

Overall the big seller looks frustrated at today?s early lack of volume. The seller probably had a predetermined amount they planned to sell and sold it around close into the thin volume that had built on the buy side. I have seen this type of indiscriminate selling before, great if you can identify it early. Traders should move at below 4.0, but if things go quiet on volume I will be waiting at the end of the day in the lowest large volume bid.
