It may jump up and down over the next 6-12 months with the sale, but put simply I can't see TLS longterm future being anywhere near profitable as it has in the past. Everything is moving wireless, home phones are used less and less - and business will begin to increasingly use VOIP. There just won't be the same margins in 5 years time.
