Honestly, it's a miracle you've made money investing. Your understanding of business is totally backwards.
Announcements aren't dictated by when they're best timed to jack the share price. They come when the underlying business is ready for them. MT's not about to rush a 9 figure negotiation to appease a short-sighted investor with the attention span of Dory from Finding Nemo. He's looking out for the best interest of the company over the long haul. The announcements will come when they're ready.
