it depends on the geology - type of deposit and extent/position. also the type of copper ore present etc. many factors. Eg porphyry deposits can be economical at 0.3% due to huge scale (and associate by product credits).
the company will be very very happy if they can put out 3% but anything above 1% could have them in the game (again assuming scale)
