As mentioned, it may not be right. The online versions of Top20s are inconsistent and it could just be from the last annual report.
Whoever is dropping big caps on is still likely to come from or be associated with this list, if that's what's happening. I suggest it is based on the chart which shows an all too tidy move between down and uptrend today. Coming to convergence in the next few days and a possible big coiling breakout - hopefully to the upside!
The weekly is keeping neatly above the 20 period simple and exponential moving averages and also converging.
