    They will be into the last quarter of cash if they wait until next year. Absolutely will be earlier. They have 200 plus employees in Vietnam and 30 plus in Perth and they won't possibly risk their livelihoods. There will be a raise in early November and there would want to be a financial partner and DFS prior.
