there are loads of websites and books and books on TA but the best one I found as a beginner was

it also has a free charting program

but before you start using TA or anything else the best thing to learn about is risk management and position sizing...

I think the best book for this is by Dr Alexander Elder called

"welcome to my trading room"

I can tell you from experience though that you can lose a lot of money very fast if you don't have a strategy for protecting your capital..
