Now is the time for others to come into the picture.

Chinese stipulations.Transfer Port,Rail and Mining rights to Hanlong for Cameroon and The Congo.NO.

Do that and NO other company can bid for the Projects.
They want to basically take over Sundance Resources before they give approval and the Chinese Banks OK the funding.

Once SDL agree to that sort of arrangement,the Chinese could make up excesses to lower the price they pay per share or not hand over any cash to share holders.

In other words like taking over BHP without handing over ONE DOLLAR.

How stupid do the Chinese think we Australians are?

Sign and hand over the deeds to your house and then we will pay you a settlement amount in cash.No deposit not a cent up front,no guarantee they will stick to their word.
We know how much their word is worth.
