Sure feels very week albeit pressed down by some shorters etc.

Company needs to get some info to market to reassure investors soon i'd think...All this does is allow Hanlong to reneg a new price of 40c...this can only be working in their favour.

A counter creep buy now would also be nice...

This is a big transaction for every party.....Afica and China are very keen to see it conclude..Hanlong have paid the $5m..thats a +ve sign.. They wouldnt have if non committal...nor would the African nations handed over permits without assurances..Hanlong/China have bought a cornerstone stake...Every party remains committed..Unfor the stock is a sitty duck..

Shame though that because there were so many conditions on Hanlong and also SDL, that the stock has no edge for hedge funds and hence we wont get much on market interest...even post the terms sheet..
