im not so sure it was a ramp....

for weeks i have been convinced cnp was going to go under along with bnb, afg, bbp etc...

this US bail out should entice the banks to continue with cnp. after all, the cash flow is paying every cent of interest and the banks wont be able to sell the properties for any better price than cnp.

judging by bnb,afg etc today the confidence is there that this US bail out is going to happen. if it does CNP should fly...
