I´m in line with you but it´s now time to deliver for PEM management because so far they just made announcements of how much they would cut costs and changes in exchange rate or metal price would affect their earnings.
It seems like share price find sort of ground at 13ct but the further development depends on the Q2 results. If there is still money going out and their cash is getting smaller the sp could drop further...
