It sounds as though Giralia has picked up an excellent copper and exploration prospect for "nominal" consideration.
The real value may well lie hidden in the unexplored but highly prospective ground acquired - if the historic samples from Anaconda's testing are borne out by further drilling.
Copper has been identified by many analysts to be the next big base-metal mover. This could prove a very profitable investment for Giralia.
