The suspension is a little unusual if there's nothing going on in the background. They could have just come out and said, "#$#^%$, we didn't get it" and sugarcoat it to their hearts' content.
IMO there's an alternative and they're now working out the details. If there was, would the market like it? Would this justify NM's buying?
