if you want the new deal,you have to be an owner of the current stock(at a date to be set) and then pay your 1/4 of a cent--if you are not an owner,you will not be able to get stock at a 1/4 of a cent--if you want to be in the deal,and you don,t have stock,you will need to get some--cheers
