    new option offer to existing option holders.
    so for me, i hold 3.1 million gpnoa today, that are going to expire worthless in May, where average price was $0.005 = $15,500 outlay, BUT now I can spend another 3.1M x $0.0025 = $7,750 to stay in the game until 2011.

    I dont know what I'll do ?..... is this $7,750 spend going to be worth it ?
