Well it is kind of true.. if they offer it to instos they do need to offer it to retail shareholders, they can't just not, otherwise I'd be angry at not having the same right as wholesale investors.
I really doubt we'll see bad debts here the scale we're seeing in the US - for Christ sake we added more jobs last month lol.
