nervous weekend for me given i doubled up Friday at and just before close based on the belief that market sentiment had overreacted to this stock and unfairly pushed it well below fair value even after factoring in the environmental and dare i say it - political - risk. i even sold out some little favs (i'll miss you PEK) in order to take a bigger position...

So how pleased was i that the management team didnt drop the ball last week and instead did a pretty stellar job in some very tough circumstances. good announcement today and i have a real sense that more of the same sort of management is to come.

all in all - i am quite hopeful of a SP returning to a more accurate reflection of underlying value and not panic sale mentality. high volumes today between 3.8/4c should (hopefully) put some sort of saner floor under the SP. so push back up towards previous levels should be possible - provided management keeps ticking off the environmental boxes.

not so sure i will get an apology from the wife though. she certainly spoke 'nautically' to me after i told her what i'd done....
