cooko55 - I agree with you and Pittwater to a certain extent, but point out that Drs Kalland and Lonngren have been on the board for less than 12 months (which is why they are up for election and not re-election). They cannot be blamed for the (IMO) mismanagement of the company over the last few years and they have hardly had timne to get their heads around what has been going on.

Pittwater is right in that we do not know how they voted re the 2 casual appointees to the board or on any other board decision. However, their apparent complicity in the en masse resignation threat still raises questions. Maybe they were fed missleading info by Mr Jones? In any case, they do have important skills and knowledge which can be used by the company - let's give them a chance.
