I am now to understand that the ex directors paid themselves well over $1 mil. I find it difficult to comprehend the audacity of these people.

This is a company that makes no money and survives on the regular contributions of it's shareholders.

In my opinion, this is a company that has made vitually no progress for the past 3 to 4 years. This lupus trial should have been conducted in conjunction with the RA trials but apparently there was not sufficient funds. All the while they were burning money in every direction.

I want someone to tell me exactly what Jones was providing to the company in his consultancy arrangement for which he was charging almost $450,000 in the last year. Which together with his Board fee, took his annual pay packet to well over half a million dollars.(and then gifts himself a massive severence payment as he walks out the door).

We need to back the SAG and get everyone out to vote for the AGM.
