    looking at last 5 day average, 13.6, my tip is placement @ around 20% discount = 0.11, but how much do they need? Is has been around a mill. for the last few so = 9.1 mill issued? As I mentioned the other day, NO OPPIES though, thats where the negotiating might have stalled.
