I reckon they could achieve exactly the same desired result (funds) without throwing in vast bundles of oppies each time though. Let's see what this one's got. If more oppies, it suggests GDN is still being dictated to by the greedies. But of course, I was forgetting the golden rule ('the a$$hole with the gold makes the rules').
