    If it transpires the Board is not happy with "managements" handling of investor relations, then as "management" also sits on the Board this would mean there is tension within the Board itself.
    Now wouldn't the extreta hit the overhead oscilator if that spilt out into the public arena, eg a Board reshuffle.
