Also you must remember sen patents are not forever they decrease in value as new technology comes about which also decreases th epatents value in regards to forecasted cashflows from those patents. Year by year sen becomes worth less and less and is reflected in the share price and eventually its intellectual knowledge will be able to be used by others over which also amortises its value.......
