yes I remember Surges, the fall to 1.9 cents was mainly out of despair on the part of holders that OBJ was going nowhere. Since then we have had two fairly significant announcements despite the company not even classifying them as price sensitive.
Well, this time I plan on buying on the low before any announcement rather then above 3 only to watch it grind back to 2 cents.
