    What a mess.

    I am thinking they are having a lot of trouble raising the funds.

    Remember 6 months ago or so fund managers pushed this one and got a stack of instos in at $6 on the CLO sale.

    Once bitten twice shy?

    I hope for holders sake it can resolve soon and not be too costly.
