Feb 4 (Reuters) - Hilcorp Energy I LP/Hilcorp Finance Co on
Wednesday sold $300 million of senior notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, JP Morgan, BMO Capital and
Wells Fargo Securities were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
