why spend the money on fraccing now when it could take about 6 - 8 months to get infrastructure in place...just no need. What this tells you is they definately know that the field is commercial because if it wasn't they'd be fraccing it now....i.e they have enough info to proceed to pipeline stage. The market is still weary though as they have said this before. So expect a rerating only once pipe is down and wells flowing consistently for an extended period.
