When the sum doesn't match the answer there is something missing. This seems to be the case here. So many variables that we go round and round in a speculative spiral. It is hard to tell if what is happening is going to benefit IVX or it is clever manoeuvering to pick up assets. Either way the alternative wasn't pretty. I was sure IVX would fold and someone would pick up the assets really cheap.
I would have expected some announcement from the company if they had any control over recent events. We are just going to have to wait and see what happens. Hope it becomes clear soon.
