Why bother? We have around 3.4 bill currently and 4.5 after the deal is done. We will have over a quarter of the register as institutions after the deal goes through. The only reason to consolidate is to attract institutional support that may not be able to invest due to their investment covenants, and to attract people who don't understand what a market cap is. Every dollar I put in will still give me the same ROI no matter how many zero's are on the end of the shares on issue.
