So if they are merging their activities with another major does that mean it is being taken over? If so what are the details and why aren't the shares trading so the market can decide what the price should be.
True to their spiv form the directors have released a short statement without much details and havent mentioned any numbers.

I hope you are right but if they do trade above $0.25 we can expect more selling from the placement. So it basically gives the spiv's mates that took stock in the placement a chance to get out of jail.
