Now that is how to sell shares

    1) Load up the sell side with various order volumes.

    2) Load up the buy side with various order volumes.

    3) Let a large single buy order of say 1,225,000 climb to the top of the order list. Props up the buy side and looks as though someone reasonably big wants in.

    4) Wait until a buyer buys some of your shares on the sell side.

    5) If someone puts an order/s in on the buy side:
    a) Place a few more buy orders in after the buyer/s in the order list.
    b) Perhaps replicate the order list at that price so it’s ready to go at a touch of a button.
    c) Cancel your large order at the top and any of your others in front of the new buyer/s order.
    d) You fill those buy order/s which weren’t placed by you, by dumping some of your shares on the buy side.
    e) Execute the replicated order list and/or amend your highest order in the order list (which will be at the top because any other higher order you just filled) amend it back to read as before 1,225,000 shares at the top.
    f) All the above in a split second!

Risky if someone fills your large order on the buy side. But is it likely someone dumping say 1,225,000 shares when the shares are at near their lowest price? Any large holders wouldn’t do it because it would just smash the price and they’d be caught at a lower price to unload more.

May work better if one institution teamed up with others through a single broker to unload a quantity of shares? The process keeps the share price relatively stable while drip feeding their sells in low volume. Perhaps they're forced to unload their position due to being ousted from the ASX200?

Or perhaps the above is totally incorrect and the price is just simply being kept at this level or above for a reason! That reason could be a Capital raising?
