It was sensational to see some solid buying today. I saw each 0.1 cents line get wiped up - right up to 9.9 cents. It was amazing.
Something that I haven't seen for many years.
This has forced me to question why was there such buying today. Why was this buying different to that in the past?
One possible theory is that FAR is in the ASX300 now, so we now have large funds who are able to invest in FAR. This hasn't been the case previously. So perhaps that solid buying is a result of some of those available funds.
As Motely Fool mentioned, "...Some large superannuation funds and professional fund managers cannot invest in shares outside the ASX 300 because they are not considered ‘investment grade’. They have to wait for companies to perform well and enter this ‘sweet spot’ before buying."
That's my honest thoughts anyway on why this time it will be different. Especially as news is forthcoming of potential positive events. Why won't large funds NOT line up to share in these spoils?.......
