unfortunately in the case of Rodd, Oscar or Georgesg as he prefers to be known or Sally as I prefer to call him- his masculinity is more of an issue than running the company.
it's just that thing called "small D!ck" syndrome in layman's term ; which frequently exhibits symptoms such as multiple personalities - dilution - and psychotic psychosis. if not treated with medication early enough it could result in a condition known as schizophrenia, that will require psychiatric treatment.
I'd say to Rodd, Oscar or Georgesg as he prefers or Sally as I do .... now it's time for you to set aside the question of your of femininity or masculinity whichever the case might be in preference to running this company in a manner expected of someone worthy of the title (managing director) or CEO.
