Looks like no one is giving up their holding cheaply. There are less than 400,000 offers between 5c and 10c.

Acid test is when the new shares are available to trade but they could be tightly held too.

What's the upside for this company, searching for copper in Chile :

1. Copper -- read Ivan Glasenberg's comments about the onset of a new Commodity Super Cycle with copper a star player, zinc gets top billing.

2. Chile -- One of the best locations on The Rim of Fire, where most of the world's copper is.

3. Management -- Seems Trevor and his team can find the prospects and do useful things with them (JVs)

When I post I try to stay balanced but I can't think of anything not to like about this little banger. But as always do your own risk analysis (IMO if you can't do it yourself, you should think again about being in spec. stocks) and spread the risk.

Whatever -- make sure you include country risk.
