Impossible to fathom without something, anything, from management. We all know the cash is fast drying up. I'm hoping (must spring eternal!) that negotiations might still be ongoing with overseas parties. Just checked back over another energy penny dreadful that I hung onto in the downturn (mky) and see that it too was .003 in March this year. Now, following yesterday's ann (a merger and Korean interest in their U tenements) it finished today at 2.2c, with a complete turnaround in sentiment.
But then the negative consensus on hc might prove correct for Monitor. Will hold and see ... one way or t'other. Good luck all who watch, wait and wonder.
