Credit Suisse rates IPL as Restricted - Ooops! Is this a warning note from Credit Suisse? It surely looks like it. Bunge, one of the leading global fertiliser companies, has announced a US$1.93bn expansion of its Brazilian phosphate fertiliser operations, the broker reports, while acknowledging any form of increased capacity amid commodity markets is "never a positive". The result will be for softer prices as the phosphate market is now likely to move back into balance by CY12, the analysts state. Luckily, they already sort of assumed this much and thus no changes have to be made to current price or earnings forecasts. The closing paragraph on Incitec Pivot is very positive.
