Watch for the next ASX report, it was a off market cross trade (XT).
I will bet money that it was transfer of holdings to a super fund or family trust. i.e. from one entity to another entity of the same person.
No, I am not concerned about that one bit as it wasn't bought or sold in the daily trading bid line. It was a controlled off market transaction not a 'dump'.
Have a look at the transaction of the ex chairman Jones. He has done this with SDL, GBG and maybe now with MUN.
