Yes, there is still the majority of shares from the recent trading, particularly the special crossings, still to be accounted for.
The trades reported by HGT Investments for September, only account for 4,310,995 shares (0.995%)[ at an average price of circa $0.16854].

The special crossings on 4/9/15 and 9/9/15 totaled 30,588,588 shares (7.06%) and the total trades for the days in Sep that HGT reported for (ie 4,8 & 9 Sep) is 35,263,449 (8.14%).
So there is a shed of shares not accounted for so far via substantial holder notices.
