Firstly, don't assume it will be that narrow. Width is still to be determined, but we should have a much better idea in the next week or so when the current steeply angled hole has been completed.
As I understand it, if the width is there and the rock mechanics are suitable, block caving would likely be used. Take a look at Mark Hansen's commentary on Marketcap.com.au for a better understanding of the technical factors to be considered.
